Mikal Bester

Interesting Fact:
I competed in the Ironkids and trained with my dad who did the Ironman when I was 10. My dad followed a training program of a Biokineticist, that being the first time I heard of one.

I grew up barefoot in a small town in the Northern Cape, called Victoria West. From there I started boarding school in Oudtshoorn, having the best time of my life. After I matriculated I grew my roots in Bloemfontein, studying the best profession for my two biggest passions: building relationships with people and my fascination with the human body. Combine those two and the perfect job is found: Biokinetics.
