Interesting Fact:
If it involved speed, strategy, or competition, I played it. Hockey, netball, athletics, swimming, you name it. Sports have shaped my discipline and love for movement.
I was born and raised in Pietersburg and completed high school in East London, matriculating in 2017. In 2018, I decided to coach various sports at a primary school in East London, which ignited my passion for biokinetics. This led me to North-West University in Potchefstroom in 2019, where I began my studies with a Diploma in Coaching Science. After four years, I proudly earned my bachelor’s degree in Coaching Science and Human Movement Science in 2022: Once a Puk, always a Puk!
Determined to take my knowledge further, I completed my honours in Biokinetics at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2023. My journey then took me to Johannesburg, where I completed my internship in 2024. After experiencing the fast-paced city life, I decided to trade it for the beauty and tranquility of the Garden Route, embracing a new chapter in both my career and lifestyle.
